I keep getting buddy request spammed by random users such as beldrag41, imby2, Kh011... I think they're hackers. What do I do? The requests keep coming and coming, and if I click cancel more come...

I just wanted to know if there was another way to get the special pet accessories other than going to the pet party or play as your pet party.

So recently, out of curiosity since I discovered things in other game files, I found that some people find out about or leak soon-to-come pets, animals, and items in AJ by accessing their files. I have found which files to look for, but they are .SOL files, which I am unable to open. Does anyone know how I can open them? Notepad does not work.

How does one get the color pallets to reset?

I'm returning to a piece that primarily uses the default pallet the player (usually) gets when booting up the art studio. However, I've been restarting the paint tool, logging in/out and loading up different masterpieces for the past half hour and my colors still look like this, the colors I picked out while working on a different piece.

I can't really continue my work with the right colors if I can't get it to reset - does anybody know exactly how this works? Thank you in advance.

Is anyone else getting this weird glitch where rainbow colored bots and appearing and disappearing by the Mira statue in the township? One of them even spoke!!! They only say "Mega funny," it's super weird. I'm not sure if this has been mentioned anywhere else on the wiki but I would love to know if this is a glitch or like... a hack? Someone on AJ said it was something embedded in the script or something?

Yo, is it normal for me to not be able to wear a item, and not see its name? I even reloaded my game and it still is like this. I'm in pain.

My account was logged into by an "old friend" from school, they wanted to get revenge for something I would rather not like to talk about. They spelt out multiple swear words in pillows within my den. My Animal Jam parent account is now banned. Animal Jam will not let me create a new account, not even with a different email, the screen simply keeps loading forever. I've tried VPNs and redownloading the game. Does anyone know how to bypass this?

Healing/checkpoint thing in the adventures?

When I close AJ Classic, it automatically uninstalls it and only the AJ installer is left. I tried uninstalling the AJ installer and installing it again, but when I close the game it uninstalls on its own.

And once it got uninstalled and replaced itself with AJPW

I have just gotten back into animal jam after quite a few years, and I have just played a fair few adventures and have gotten a few things. I remember some items to not be rare, but all of those were removed from the shop. Is there a system i can use to see how rare these are?

Okay, I keep trying to go to my den and when I do the screen of the game turns black. I've tried relogging and going to my least laggiest animal. Can someone explain this?

I have a Surface Pro 7 (windows device) and it comes with a surface pen. I would like to use the pen to create detailed Aj masterpeices but it doesnt register as touching the drawing screen. Overall, the pen doesnt seem to properly react with the app as a whole. Can someone help me as to how I can use my pen to draw on Aj?
