The Carnival Flags consists of a strand of six flags. Depending on the Carnival Flag variation that the player buys, it can have a pattern of colors or completely different colors. This item comes in nine varieties.

The Carnival Flags was initially released on June 2, 2015, in the Summer Carnival Shop and returned annually during the spring months. It was most recently released on May 4, 2023, in the Summer Carnival Shop and left on August 31, 2023.
