Cosmo's Ancient Helmet appears as a black hat with a white outline around the face and two zig-zag bands of the same color around the top. Above the face area, there is a gray leaf that looks like a maple leaf slightly due to the fact that it has three parts to it. There are two white ears coming out of the side that resemble a koala's ears. On the top of the helmet, there is a point with a flower on it. This flower has three petals, and is white. This item comes in only one variety.
