Default Appearance

The Crocodile has scaly, jungle-olive-green skin with dark red scutes from its back to its tail, flat indigo eyes and shiny white teeth poking out with a golden-yellow underside and reddish-brown lines on its underside.

The Crocodile was initially released on August 18, 2011, in the "Choose an Animal" menu. It was most recently released on April 25, 2024, in the "Choose an Animal" menu and left on August 2, 2024.

Trivia

• In the Spring Egg Hunt, Crocodile eggs are found in the Lost Temple of Zios.
• Their dance is based on the "Walk Like An Egyptian" dance.
• In the "Animal Jam Official Insider's Guide", Crocodiles are shown to be able to go underwater during gameplay, as indicated by the underwater icon next to their animal profile. This was false and most likely an editorial mistake.
  • The underwater icon was removed.
• The Crocodile has a chain of plushies. They are the Crocodile Plushie, Giant Crocodile Plushie, and the Exclusive Crocodile Plushie.
• Crocodiles and Turtles are the only playable reptiles, with Crocodiles being introduced first.
• When this animal wears a Royal Tiara, it stays on one side of its head, instead of it being upright on its head, like a normal tiara would.
• There is a glitch when in the Change your Look Menu, where the Eclipse Wings, and Rare Eclipse Wings will appear black when previewed on the Crocodile.
• There is a glitch where activating the play animation while wearing a Knitted Hat, the hat will glitch through the crocodile's tail.
• The default main color of the Crocodile is a unique green color that cannot be selected again once changed.
