The Loading Screen is the unofficial name for the artwork that appears while the game is loading, such as when the player logs in to the game or when the player enters a different room. The artwork is often tied directly to the current season or event happening in Animal Jam Classic. Prior to the Summer Carnival in 2014, this was not the case. From the Beta Testing until March 1, 2012, there was only one loading screen that would display, depicting a spinning globe of the Earth on a pale yellow background with a red and orange loading bar underneath it.
Appearance[]
Loading screens appear with a detailed background in the Animal Jam Classic art style. The bottom right of the screen always displays a spinning globe. Next to the globe are fake loading status messages that give the illusion of a certain amount of progress while the game is loading. Somewhere along the top of the loading screen is a heading that displays a short phrase commonly found in the game. Just below the heading is a short tip for New Jammer(s). A percentage of how much the game is loaded is to the right of the globe.
