As the community engagement coordinator, Michelle Bennett assisted Katherine Field, the community manager, in hosting the AJHQ Live Streams on the official Animal Jam YouTube channel. Michelle Bennett also helped develop social media posts, plan events, and managed a team of engagement specialists.

In April 2011, Michelle Bennett starting working as an audience support representative for Wildworks. In April 2015, she was promoted to an engagement specialist. In October 2016, she was promoted to community engagement coordinator. These positions involved monitoring Jammer communications in-game, reviewing user-generated content for contests, responding to help-desk tickets from Jammers, and various related activities.
