The Rare Crystal Skullys is an item worn on the tail that consists of something that looks like a recolor of a white spiked wristband with blue and pink spikes. There are two white skulls with pink eyes hanging off by a white string for both of them. Pink and blue crystals can be seen behind both skulls. This item has a white sparkle. This item only comes in one variety.
