The Rare Sombrero is a members-only land clothing item that is worn on the head.
Appearance[]
The Rare Sombrero appears as a wide-brimmed hat that has a tall, rounded crown with a slight bend in the middle. The brim of the hat curves up towards the edge and is lined with some type of rope-like material. The hat is decorated with sharp, zigzagging patterns on the crown and the brim. This item comes in eight different varieties.
History[]
The Rare Sombrero was initially released on June 14, 2013, in the Summer Carnival Shop. It was most recently released on May 28, 2015, in the Summer Carnival Shop and left on July 11, 2015.

- This item is a counterpart to the land Sombrero.
- Its former price was 4,000 Tickets, but this was changed to 2,000 Tickets on its second release in 2014.
- This item was formerly called the Sombrero but was renamed and given a rare tag on May 11, 2017, around the time when the current non-rare Sombrero replaced it.
- This item shares its name with another land clothing item released in 2016 for Rare Item Monday as well as an underwater clothing item.
