World Map

The World Map, formerly named Jamaa World, is a screen that displays a map of Jamaa. Jammers can click on different portions of the map to teleport to those locations.

Features

Miscellaneous Places

The top-right side of the map includes a series of buttons that, when clicked, will display certain icons across the maps. The icons available are the Shops, Cinemas, and pet shops of Jamaa and these icons can be clicked to travel to those places.

Epic Dens

At the bottom left of the map is a button to open the Epic Dens list. Each entry in the list can be clicked to teleport to that particular den.

Adventures

Along the bottom-right side of the map is a button to open the Adventures list. This list displays buttons to start each of the common adventures; each button includes a number to indicate the order in which the adventure stories progress.

Other

• When the player hovers over a portion of the map, the area at that portion will highlight and its name will be revealed along with an indicator for how many of the player's Buddies are currently in that area.
• Certain areas include a primary structure that will highlight when hovered over and can be clicked to teleport inside that structure instead of teleporting into the area itself.

Trivia

• The map originally included icons for each game in Jamaa, but these were later removed as more games were added.
• The dens button was added on February 17, 2011.
• The filter buttons for miscellaneous places were added on July 3, 2012.
• On July 25, 2013, the style of the map was completely revised, but it was reverted back shortly afterwards.
• The Adventures button was added on January 23, 2014.
• The layout was updated on October 27, 2016. However, this also introduced a glitch where the icons would, when they were open, overlap the Adventures and Epic Dens tabs.
• Sometime between Club Geoz being removed and Balloosh being added, half of the undiscovered landscape beneath Appondale was updated to be more vibrant.
• If the shopping icon is enabled and the player hoovers over Balloosh, a hidden transparent icon is seen underneath the higher icon. 
• The Pillow Room, located in Jamaa Township, cannot be seen on the World Map.
