The Zios Fountain has a gray stone sculpture of Zios with water pouring out the top of his head and flowing down the bottom like a waterfall. It appears to be emerging from a small pit in the ground. This item has only one variety.

The Zios Fountain was initially released on August 2, 2012, in Mystery Emporium and left on July 12, 2014.
